The CFBA Story

The Central Florida Boating Association (CFBA) is a non-profit organization with a clear mission: to foster boating safety within our community, promote outdoor engagement among young individuals, and provide comprehensive, immersive boating education programs endorsed by the National Safe Boating Council.

Our programs are thoughtfully crafted to cater to both youth and adults, offering an opportunity to enhance their understanding of boating safety, improve their skills, and boost their confidence on the water. We aspire to be the go-to resource for boating enthusiasts eager to enrich their experiences on our local waterways.

Meet the Team

CFBA is a team of licensed boat captains, certified sailing instructors, and business experts who share a deep commitment to connecting our community with the great outdoors. Our seasoned Captains bring a wealth of real-world boating experience and an impressive array of credentials including USCG Merchant Mariner Credentials, American Sailing Instructor credentials and the National Safe Boating Council Instructor program. The Central Florida Boating Association (CFBA) is structured as a Non-Profit organization with the purpose of providing quality boating education programs to youth and adults. Angels for Angels is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and our Fiscal Sponsor.
